Wanderer

Dreamers dream,
Only to part.
Nothing will heal this wandering heart.

Tangled in vines, this wanderer fails,
Secrets inside,
A wanderer unveils.

Through a fainting glimpse of this wandering eye,
One can only see the truth.
Without  asking why.

After wandering for so long I stop in delight,
Seeing my destination,
Its just within sight.

I quicken my pace and let out a sigh,
Yet there was no hope,
I wanted to die.

With a tear in my eye, like waves to the shore,
I knew that I would wander,
Forever more.

Blinding Reality

Love is a drug.

Just enough of it will leave you with,
Higher sensation,
Complete nirvana,
Happy thoughts,
Wild ideas,
Giggles and smile.
Blinding reality.

Not enough of it will leave you with,
Hopelessness,
Loneliness,
Uselessness.
Blinding reality.

Too much of it and you are left,
Suffocated,
Numb,
Blinding reality.

Addiction always occurs so easily to the one who feels these things.
Rehab…merely inexistent.
